Hi, I’m Aga 👋
I'm currently working as Product Designer at Oska Health in Berlin – a digital health platform that raised €11M seed investment. Previously I spent 3.5 years as Lead Designer at Lustery, where I led UI/UX improvements that boosted user retention by 20%.
I work end-to-end across research, UI, and design systems – closely with engineers, PMs, and CPOs in small, fast-moving teams.

I take time to understand the people I'm designing for – through research, interviews, and simple curiosity about their lives.

In a world where AI generates endless visuals, I bring the judgment to know what's actually right for the product.

I work best in small teams where design and engineering think together – the closer to the people building it, the better the outcome.

I avoid assumptions by testing early, measuring outcomes, and iterating based on what I learn.
My journey from motion design, through communication and strategy, to product design
In 2017, I moved from Poland to Berlin after completing my BA in Communication Design. I began my career as a motion and content designer at a design studio and later at RCKT agency, working with clients like Klarna, Pfizer, and Friedrich Neumann Foundation.
Since the beginning of my career, I have freelanced – gaining experience in ownership, self-organization, and process management.
In 2019, I transitioned to UI/UX design, co-facilitating workshops for Zalando and APX startups at PEAK consultancy. During this time, I also earned my MA in Strategic Design, collaborating with VW and Active Philanthropy.
In 2020, I became Lead Designer at Lustery – a creator-centered adult platform – where I owned design end-to-end for 3.5 years, from rebrand and design system to shipped features.
In 2025, I joined Oska Health as Product Designer, working across patient app, coach back-office, and admin system – started prototyping directly in code using VS Code, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui, and completed an AI Coding for Designers course.

You might find me in the darkroom developing analog photos from my travels, solving bouldering problems at Ostblock, enjoying quiet moments in the sauna, or screen printing T-shirts for my side project, Girls Pleasures.
