My approach

I use Strategic Design Thinking to create systematic and sustainable value for companies and society. This method goes beyond the traditional Design Thinking process, incorporating service, transformation and social design, critical thinking, and innovation management. I employ a holistic approach, considering futures' impacts, business models, and cross-cultural communication, using both creative and strategic techniques.

Audit & redesign of your existing website

I analyze the UIX of your existing website, facilitate brainstorming workshop to identify necessary improvements and implement the redesigns accordingly.

Full web design package

I take care of everything, so you can do what you're best at. Here's how it works step by step:

1.

Kick-off & UX research: Together, we gather essential project details through workshop or forms. This covers understanding your brand/product, industry, competitors, target audience and their needs, website purpose, and structure. I use these insights to craft personas, user flows, and site maps, laying the groundwork for our project.

2.

Creative directions: Using mood boards, I present 2-3 creative directions for your website, including colours, typography, and layout. We finalise this phase with one clear visual style.

UI design in Figma: I create wireframes, strategize content, and design responsive UI. I prototype user flows and interactions to test them and clarify complex aspects. I prioritize digital sustainability through practices like low-emission hosting and system fonts, ensuring your online presence is environmentally conscious.

4.

User testings: Feedback from 5-7 users. I lead them through scenarios, implementing the design based on their experiences.

Design system: I create a design system outlining colours, fonts, and UI elements. It helps developers understand the design and ensures consistent designs in future.

6.

Handover to devs or no-code development: I provide developers with detailed documentation and support during development. For smaller projects, no-code development options are available (with platforms like Webflow, Wix, or Shopify). You receive the final live website, along with any necessary guidance, such as CMS assistance.
