Over 3 years designing for Lustery: redesigning the video streaming platform, creating visual languages for campaigns, developing the brand identity, and implementing UIX improvements.

Lustery is a creator-centered platform with over 600,000 members, focused on providing a sex-celebrating and shame-free space for couples to share their love and lust with the world. The home of real-life partners filming their sex lives behind closed doors, Lustery allows these lovers to open those doors to a like-minded community of people who value real intimacy and emotion in porn.

In my role as a design lead, my objective is to enhance user experience, comprehend user needs, and challenge industry norms by creating inclusive designs that eliminate the stigma associated with consuming adult content.

Website Redesign
Over two years, we redefined our platform's direction, enhancing branding, values, and UX. While working on this complex project, I experimented with different UI solutions and established a Design System to simplify website development and facilitate communication with teams like marketing and product. By utilizing auto-layouts and components in Figma, I was able to design responsive screens more efficiently.

Campaigns
In the past 3 years, we've designed a range of campaigns. I crafted unique visual languages and assets for these campaigns, including landing pages, social media content, and newsletters. Here are some examples: PornograHERs, How to watch porn, Lustery Awards, Masturbation Challenge.

Brand Identity
Since 2020, we have reevaluated our brand to better align with our values. We also faced the challenge of distinguishing between Lustery, our video streaming platform, and POV by Lustery, our blog on relationships and sexuality. Over 3 years, I established consistent designs and templates, defining our brand identity across various channels. I collaborated closely with the marketing, content, and product teams, offering design solutions to support their objectives. As part of this process, I conducted an internal branding workshop to ensure everyone was on the same page regarding our brand vision for the product.

UIX improvments
Following the redesign of our website, we took steps to enhance its functionalities and UIX in detail. I conducted Usability Testing sessions with our users to gain insights into their preferences and areas for improvement. Additionally, I utilized Hotjar to collect UX data. Based on our findings, we implemented changes such as introducing a new user onboarding process and improving elements like the join flow, hero header, and burger navigation.
