To enhance the company's website for users and boost sales by UIX changes. This meant diving into market research and understanding the company, its competitors, and the varied users. The goal was to find issues on the website, especially in how users navigate and make purchases.
I analysed the company, its competitors, and how people use websites. This helped create detailed user profiles and understand user flows and how they convert. Based on the research, I simplified the site map and strategised the website's content, making it easier for users to find what they needed. I developed further visual direction inspired by the company's Instagram, to fit with the aesthetics of the target audience. Finally, I created a responsive UI design that adapts seamlessly to different screen sizes. I created a consistent design system for colours, fonts, buttons, etc., making it easier for developers and future updates on the website. Prototypes were made to test the user flows and general experience. The final step would be to deliver the project to developers, complete with the design system, prototypes, and detailed documentation to simplify the coding process.
